For those of you who dont have dogs just SKIP this paragraph because I am going to bore you! I have a dog.... to be honest Mark wants to get rid of it! Yes im being serious, get rid of it! He wants a French Bull Dog. So I always ask him " so if Jeffrey (our mutt) was a bull dog you would want her?" His response is YES! At this point you are probably thinking that Mark is a big jerk and his love is obviously only conditional, right?..... well with every man you have to dig deep and find out what he is really saying. After a long conversation I realized that its not the "french bull" dog he wants, its a well behaved, fun to be around, enjoyable, potty trained dog. Jeffrey is a joy, she is just....well.... untrained. I have to admit I let Jeffrey just be "cute", which means not trained. So as my friends are getting puppies I am re-inspired to train my dog. I mean please, if I cant train a dog how am I ever going to train a kid (obvious sarcasm)? And an even more inspiring story, some friends of ours adopted a 6 year old dog many years ago, untrained, and a menace. Within three weeks it was completely house trained, and such a joy for the rest of his life! I am writing this because I need encouragement, I need help, and I need to know that I am not the only one in the world that has screwed up when it comes to being a dog owner? (yes I am ending this paragraph with a question).
More exciting things are going on in my life then the Jeffrey Drama..... This photos sums up why I love what I do! There are very few times I post myself shooting on the blog, but my amazing 2nd shooter (paul) captured this while I was showing the bride and the bridesmaids how hot they all were!

One morning for Breakfast Ronny and his good buddy decided that they should go out for a bit to eat. Due to the events of the days Ronny states before he swings the restaurant doors open that “he wants something small for breakfast”….. fast forward 45 minutes later he meets April, who is very SMALL
I heard that story as I shot their wedding on the sand in Hermosa Beach. I was cracking up laughing and everyone in the crowd had a huge smile on their face. Ronny and April are such amazing people and Mark and I feel so honored to be apart of their wedding! All April asked for when she hired us was that we would capture her guesets. I felt that was such an obvious window into how much she cared about everyone that was going to be joining her on her big day. The wedding took place at Silvios Brazillian BBQ which was perfect for their beach themed wedding. We are so excited about their future together! Here are just a FEW of our favorite photos.

Ok, this may not by the answer you’re looking for, but maybe you guys could take a few nice bikerides with little jeffery? Get the little one of of the house and into nature where potty-training won’t really matter! I could v.easily see your dog fitting into something like this basket.
