Quiet, birds, trees, lake activities, and books…. These are the key works that are surrounding Mark and I this week. We are in upstate New York enjoying a lake house with our good friends, Chris and Sarah Rhoads! We planned this vacation together a few months ago and have been counting down the days until we arrived. Now that we are here, we are all in a constant state of PEACE. I am excited to share the photos with everyone in a few days 
Joe and Vivianna are two awesome clients of ours! We met them almost a year ago and immediately fell in love with them! They wanted their wedding to have a “classic feel”, so the amazing short dress fit perfect with their wedding design. They also had rad cake toppers… If you look closely you will notice that they are “Me’s” from Wii! Mark and I love when our clients get creative and add little extra touches! Vivianna and Joe are perfect for each other, we could not be more happy for them! Here are just a few of our favorite images.

Mark and I have been blessed (yes I really feel BLESSED!!!!) to have such great friends! The older you become the harder it is to find those “amazing” people in your life! braedon and Lindsey are some of those “amazing” people! We met them through the “photo world”….. then later found out we were going to join the adventures of parenthood together….which lead to the beginning of some great times together.
Wyatt and Declan remind me of a wedding speech ” I remember when we would sit on my moms kitchen floor and clank pots and pans together, those were the good days. Now we are getting married and we can watch our sons do the same thing.” -wyatt . Braedon took these film photos while we were over of dinner a few weeks ago. We will cherish them forever!
I also wanted to share two videos with all our blog readers. I get facebook messages all the time from people (lindsey and Danielle, aka college roomies) wanting to see Wyatt…. Well here you go! This is my life now, I am a FULL BLOODED MOM, and its awesome! My day consists of Wyatt, and I could not be more happy!

Not blogging makes me sad! And I am not sure if you have noticed, but we have not blogged in a week! There is a reason behind that though… Mark and I are leaving for New York (email us to set up shooting times for Engagement session, boudoirs, day after sessions, photographer headshot etc. Mark@markbrooke.com), because of our trip we have had to work extra hard to get all our work done. Not only have we been working extra hard to get all our work done before our trip, we shot 4 weddings last weekend, and have 3 more shoots before we leave! So blogging was put on hold until we could catch our breath. But in turn we have some great blog posts ahead!
The first wedding of the weekend was Pat and Joanna! This was the first wedding I have shot were Mark was a groomsmen in the wedding. It made it extra fun! Mark has been in the same band since he was in Junior High! When he went to college Patrick joined his band as their base player. Since then we have had so many great times with Pat and Joanna! They are such an amazing couple and we could not be more happy for them! We have all been waiting three years for them to tie the knot, so everyone who came could not get the huge smile off their face when the paster announced them as husband and wife!
