Jonathan and Stacy's wedding was this past weekend at the Turnip Rose in Costa Mesa. The Turnip Rose is awesome for our style of photography because we love using architecture and lines in our photos. When we first met Jonathan and Stacy they had just gotten engaged, they were excited about life, and they could not wait for their big day (which at the time was a far ways out). Well when the day arrived everything went as planned. The ceremony started on time, all their guests arrived promptly at 10:30am, and everyone there was so excited to be apart of their big day!

Mark and I have been playing around with some awesome new lighting techniques. We love using light that make a photo dramatic or gives a photo a more "high fashion" feel. At this wedding, Stacy and Jonathan were super Radical about doing some different lighting shots. We dragged them around during their portrait session to dark areas were we could rock some awesome light. At one point they even climbed 5 flights of stairs to do some off camera lighting (later we found out there was an elevator).

Lately Mark and I have been ranting and raving about all our awesome "Mark Brooke" Clients. We feel so blessed to have people like Stacy and Jonathan in our lives!

NICE JOB GUYS!!! I absolutely love the shot of the bridesmaids in the parking garage and also the shot of the b/g laying on the ground at the bottom of the open spiral!!! Kudos!
